Specialised waterproofing and structural sealing.

WATERPROOFING APPLICATION
Dalecoast applies seamless liquid elastomeric membrane systems via spray and roller application to create flexible waterproofing barriers for complex assets. Our process includes substrate preparation with primer application and delivers UV and chemical-resistant protection. This seamless membrane approach eliminates seams that often become failure points, ensuring durable performance across building envelopes and infrastructure.
- Seamless elastomeric liquid membrane application
- Rapid-cure spray and roller-applied systems
- UV and chemical resistant barrier coatings
- Substrate preparation and primer application

Waterproofing & Sealing
Water ingress is a primary driver of concrete decay and steel corrosion in commercial and infrastructure assets. Dalecoast stops water penetration using liquid-applied and sheet membrane installation, chemical injection resin sealing, and expansion joint remediation on bridge decks, tunnels, basements, and marine assets. We deliver this work for commercial and infrastructure clients across Perth and Western Australia.
- Liquid-applied and sheet membrane installation
- Chemical injection resin sealing
- Expansion joint remediation and repair
- Waterproofing for bridge decks and tunnels

Expansion Joint Sealing
Structural movement joints are a critical pathway for water ingress in high-traffic infrastructure. Dalecoast installs heavy-duty joint profiles with high-movement elastomeric band sealing and applies hydrophobic sealant injection to remediate sub-grade and bridge deck joints. This approach addresses the root cause of joint failure in civil and commercial infrastructure assets subject to thermal and structural movement.
- Heavy-duty expansion joint profile installation
- High-movement elastomeric band sealing
- Sub-grade and bridge deck joint remediation
- Hydrophobic sealant injection and replacement

RESIN INJECTION
Active water leaks through cracks and voids in structural concrete require targeted remediation. Dalecoast uses polyurethane resin injection and micro-fine cementitious crack grouting, with curtain injection for sub-structure sealing, to restore watertightness in structural concrete, tunnels, and basements. These injection methods reach deep into concrete to seal the source of water ingress.
- Polyurethane resin injection
- Micro-fine cementitious crack grouting
- Curtain injection for sub-structure sealing
- Active leak stopping in tunnels and basements
Our Working
Process.
We inspect, plan, and carry out waterproofing and structural repairs step by step. Every project follows strict safety and engineering standards to protect your structures.
Site Assessment
We inspect the site to locate structural damage, water ingress, and wear before planning the scope of work.
Engineering Plan
Our engineers prepare technical specifications and select materials to ensure all repairs and coatings last.
Execution Phase
Trained crews carry out repairs using surface preparation, membrane application, and structural reinforcement under strict quality controls.
Asset Validation
We conduct final inspections and water testing to confirm all repairs are complete and ready for service.

Bridge 4378A — Hopeland Road
Dalecoast delivered rehabilitation works at Bridge 4378A on Hopeland Road over Dirk Brook, Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale. The project addressed deteriorated concrete, localised erosion, moisture exposure and associated defects affecting the reinforced concrete structure. The scope included concrete patch repairs, reinforcement treatment, joint remediation, erosion protection, earth works and waterproofing, using controlled repair methods to reinstate concrete cover and improve the structure's resistance to moisture and deterioration.
