Any legal disputes, claims, or court proceedings arising from or connected to our services must be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia and the Federal Court of Australia.

Before pursuing formal legal action, all parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through informal negotiation and good-faith mediation.

Dalecoast Pty Ltd owns all content, technical specifications, engineering methodologies, project photography, software scripts, and visual materials on this website. All intellectual property is protected under Australian copyright laws and international agreements, with all rights strictly reserved.

Visitors receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to view, download, and print site content solely for legitimate business purposes, contract evaluation, and procurement planning. This permission does not transfer any ownership or title to you.

Permitted Uses

  • Accessing asset maintenance services, capability statements, case studies, and compliance records for legitimate business purposes.
  • Interacting with authorised client and tender portals using assigned corporate credentials.
  • Submitting genuine inquiries, tender expressions of interest, procurement correspondence, or employment applications.
  • Referencing public Dalecoast publications in accordance with standard legal copyright and fair dealing guidelines.
  • Requesting technical specifications or project documentation via designated communication channels.
  • Utilising digital infrastructure solely for lawful, authorised, and legitimate commercial operations.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Executing, facilitating, or promoting illegal activities, fraudulent schemes, or unauthorised data harvesting.
  • Attempting to bypass authentication mechanisms, probe systems, conduct port scanning, or escalate server privileges.
  • Deploying automated crawlers, scraper scripts, botnets, or high-volume denial-of-service request vectors.
  • Transmitting malicious software, including viruses, Trojan scripts, ransomware, or corrupted payload data.
  • Impersonating Dalecoast personnel, misrepresenting affiliation, or providing false identity credentials.

Monitoring & Enforcement

Dalecoast actively logs IP addresses, session activity, and request headers across all web assets to maintain network security and operational integrity. Any detected policy breaches may result in immediate privilege revocation, IP access blocking, civil litigation, or referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
